clock-setup software package provides set up clock, you can install in your Ubuntu 16.10 (Yakkety Yak) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install clock-setup
clock-setup is installed in your system.
Make ensure the clock-setup package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep clock-setup *
You will get with clock-setup package name, version, architecture and description in a table
